Meet Villa Leventy
The village of Banya is located in the Razlog Valley, at approximately 5 km from the towns of Razlog and Bansko. The narrow-gauge railway Septemvri – Dobrinishte passes nearby and has a stop at the village. The 72 warm mineral springs with temperature between 37°С and 57°С location are a spa resort. The rivers of Malka Glazne, Pihla and Koneshitsa flow through Banya.

More than 1/3 of the mineral springs in the entire south-east Bulgaria are located in village of Banya.
Mineral water in Banya Village is slightly mineralized, hyper-thermal, with alkaline reaction and high flow capacity. The temperature of the water vary between 37 and 57 the water is clear without smell and has a pleasant taste when consumed.
